Privacy Policy

AI Photo Studio by FormulaHub handles highly personal images. This policy explains exactly what we do with them.

What we collect

• Photos you upload as generation references (stored in private storage, never public).
• AI portraits generated for you (stored privately, delivered via short-lived signed links).
• An anonymous session identifier, and your email if you provide it at checkout.
• Payment status from our payment provider (we never see or store card/UPI details).
• Product analytics events (page views, generation and purchase funnel). No facial analysis data is sent to any analytics or advertising platform.

How your photos are used

Uploaded photos are used only as references to generate your portraits through our AI generation provider. We do not use your photos for marketing without your explicit separate consent, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded reference photos are kept while your session is active and are automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity. You can delete them at any time with “Delete My Uploaded Photos” in My Studio — deletion removes them from storage; portraits you purchased remain in your library until you ask us to remove those too.

Sharing

Generated portraits are private. Nothing is published unless you personally choose to share it. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: our hosting, storage, AI generation, and payment providers.
