Whose photos can you upload?

• Yourself — the intended use of AI Photo Studio.
• Another adult — only with their clear permission, which you confirm before generating.
• Minors — only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian. Celebration-appropriate styles only; styles oriented to adult presentation are not available for minors.

What you confirm before every generation

Before we generate, you confirm you have the right to use the uploaded images and that they depict you or a person whose permission you have. Uploading a stranger’s photos to create misleading or compromising imagery violates our Terms and AI Image Policy and may be unlawful.

Reporting misuse

If you believe your photos were uploaded without your consent, contact FormulaHub support. We will review, remove offending content, and take action on the account involved.
