Everything is AI-generated

All portraits produced by AI Photo Studio are AI-generated from your reference photos. Backgrounds and settings are creative scenes — a travel portrait was not taken at a real location, and professional styles never include real or fake company logos, badges, uniforms implying authority, or credentials.

Identity preservation

Our generation is instructed to preserve your recognizable identity — facial structure, features, and skin tone — and to avoid beautification that changes who you are. We do not intentionally lighten or darken skin, change ethnicity, reshape faces or bodies, or remove distinctive features.

What we refuse to generate

• Sexualized images of any person without consent, and any sexual content involving minors.
• Deceptive identity documents or imagery designed for fraud or impersonation.
• Misleading or compromising imagery of another person.
• Celebrity or public-figure impersonation presented as real.

Provider-level safety systems and our own application policy both apply. Violating requests may be blocked and repeat abuse may limit your account.
